We're getting closer to celebrating Erica's beautiful life together — here are the details. The Celebration of Life Sunday, August 9th 2:00 – 6:00 PM · Program begins at 3:00 PM Camrose Hill Farm, 14587 30th St N, Stillwater, MN 55082 The formal memorial program will run from 3:00 to 4:00 PM. The remainder of the time will be an open house experience — come early, stay after, and take the time you need. Our hope is for an afternoon filled with warmth, joy, and light as we remember Erica together. Parking There is ample parking on site. However, if we run into parking constraints given turnout, we'll have ancillary parking available at a remote location with shuttle service. If you're able, carpooling is always appreciated — and if you're aiming to arrive for the 3:00 program, we'd encourage leaving a little extra time just in case. Hotel Block For anyone traveling in or wanting to stay over, we've arranged a group rate at the Sheraton St. Paul Woodbury for $149/night, available Saturday, August 8th through Monday, August 10th. The rate is held through Friday, July 31st, so please reserve soon if you'd like a room. Book here. What to Wear Erica lived in color and light, so rather than traditional black, we invite you to wear color — light florals, warm tones, whatever feels like a celebration of her. Think short-sleeves, sundresses and skirts — no suits or jackets required. It'll be a warm August afternoon outdoors on garden grounds, so comfort matters too: light fabrics and shoes that can handle grass. A Community Art Project One of the aspects of the open house experience will be a community art project. Erica was always crafting, connecting, bringing people together with her hands as much as her heart. At our art tent, you'll find small blank canvases and a variety of materials like paint, pressed flowers, fabric, stitching, stencils and stamps. Take some time to create something in her memory. There's no right or wrong way to participate. Afterward, all of the individual squares will be brought together into one large piece of art and framed for Chris and the girls to keep, a piece of the whole community, made together. We can't wait to gather in Erica's honor. Thank you for being part of this with us.
